Hi! I’m Anne-Marie (‘Artemis’) Jones, I’m a mixed media artist living in Christchurch, New Zealand.
I create a variety of things, including collage, paintings (mostly abstract), upcycled books, jewellery and more.
Previously I’ve had work displayed in cafes, as well as a collaborative exhibition with Zenobia Southcombe, “Empty Vessels” in April 2022. I also had polymer clay creations featured twice in American clay magazines. (See my more recent publications/exhibitions/awards here).
I live with my husband, son, our ridiculously cute-but-dumb pug Clive, and our indoor Flemish Giant rabbit, Pablo Honey who is basically a cat but bigger and better (it’s Pablo’s house really, we just live in it.)
This year I am in my second year of my Art and Creativity Diploma at The Learning Connexion (Level 6).
