An original gouache painting on wood of a figure ambling through a stylised jungle setting. Inspired by the idea of ‘forest bathing’ and the feelings of peace, growth, calm, and natural order it conjures up in me. Highly contrasting colours and bold brushwork help convey how full of life the forest is.
